Kanava International Launches New Web Site

Kanava International's new mobile-optimized web site has been designed responsively for ease of accessibility via multiple mobile browsers and handheld devices.

Kanava International LLC (Kanava), a woman-owned, veteran-owned small business, has recently launched its new web site to better cater to mobile and smartphone users.

Kanava provides management capacity building support to local governments, civil society, and the private sector overseas as well as to U.S. businesses and non-profit organizations seeking to increase funding and compliantly implement their projects to build stronger, more sustainable organizations.

The newly formatted web site provides information about Kanava’s Management Capacity Building and its innovative Impact Strengthening Development (ISD)™ Certification Program, which is being developed to enhance assurances to donors, clients, and investors that certified organizations have the capacity to compliantly manage their funding. The site is designed for optimal viewing on portable devices as well as desktop access.

The Kanava site also highlights the company’s “Going Global” services that aim to assist businesses and non-profit organizations expand and diversify their market reach abroad

As part of the company’s efforts to promote a conversation with its audiences in the Management Capacity Building and Going Global arenas, Kanava has also launched a new blog, The Kanava Global Connection, which encourages discussion of global issues and emerging trends in international development, geopolitics, and cross-cultural issues. “Our blog shares information and stories that we hope will inform readers and also stimulate debate on the future of regional stability and economic development around the world,” shares Kanava’s Chief Operating Officer, Carol J. Yee. “In addition to our central focus on international development, we will also examine civil-military, defense, and diplomatic topics as they relate to stability and growth, and perspectives on cultural change around the world.”

Susan Puska is a retired U.S. Army Colonel turned entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in logistics operations, who also served as China Foreign Area Officer.
